Khalil & Farag was built for a legal market that no longer moves at the pace it once did. Clients today face matters that cross borders, industries, and areas of law more often than before, and they expect counsel equipped to keep up — using the tools and networks a modern practice now has at its disposal. Rather than assembling a single-discipline office, we brought together specialised lawyers across the jurisdictions and practice areas our clients are most likely to need, so that no matter can outgrow the team handling it. Our partners' backgrounds reflect that range: two decades inside Egypt's judiciary, including senior posts at the Court of Cassation and the primary courts, alongside private practice grounded in distinguished study of international law and international commercial transactions at some of the world's most prestigious, globally ranked universities — giving our partners a deep command of these disputes, complex international corporate transactions, and international commercial arbitration. That mix defines how we approach a case — deploying whichever combination of expertise closes a matter fastest, using every legitimate means available, rather than the slower path a conventional firm might otherwise default to.
Our firm is equally committed to bringing together a select group of highly capable, distinguished lawyers, to ensure our clients' satisfaction and the quality of the service we provide, and we make every study and tool available to them to continually strengthen their legal abilities. In the same spirit, our partners continue to deepen their legal studies: although they already hold degrees from some of the world's most prestigious universities, including King's College London, the University of Westminster, The University of Law and Cairo University, some are currently pursuing doctoral degrees in law at leading universities worldwide. This enables our firm to offer precise, distinguished legal counsel to institutions, with the same precision we bring to individuals and families.

Why Clients Choose Us
An approach built on clarity, not complexity
We believe good counsel is measured in outcomes, not billable hours spent explaining the process.
&
Absolute Discretion
Every person at the firm is bound never to disclose client information, papers, or documents — a commitment that holds for the life of the matter and continues after it closes. That protection is what gives clients the confidence to share every detail, so we can build the strongest possible case in their interest.
&
Transparent, Fixed Guidance
Transparency is one of our most fundamental values — clients receive clear, timely updates on their case's progress, alongside full transparency on contract terms and fees. That keeps clients fully informed of every step taken on their behalf, reinforcing their trust in us.
&
Remarkable Speed
Speed is a top priority in every matter we handle — cases and transactions are managed with the efficiency and pace clients need, without compromising the quality of the legal work behind them. That commitment saves clients time and effort, and consistently delivers results in the shortest time possible.
&
Direct Partner Access
Clients work with the partner handling their matter — not a rotating cast of associates. One name, one number, one person who actually knows your case. We respond to inquiries promptly and provide continuous updates throughout, so clients are never left wondering where things stand.
&
Cross-Disciplinary Bench
Because we practice across every area of law, related issues are handled under one roof. No handoffs, no repeating yourself to a new firm — just one team that already has the full picture.
